Étoile is a rare wine, the union of the best of our three domaines in Provence. A winemaker's wine, which invites us to appreciate the passage of time and to savour every moment of it.
Its structure is clearly robust. More vigorous than flowery, it is also a little wild. Roundness and elegance merge under the same, delicately tannic power. The aromas evoke violet, humus and undergrowth.
A round and supple attack, with aromas of cherry, wild strawberries and a minerality typical of the terroir, almost saline. The length is balanced on the fruit, the mineral with complex aromas of wild herbs.
