The vinification methods allow the Syrah to express notes of garrigue (thyme) and red fruits. This flexibility in the mouth makes it a pleasurable wine to drink lightly chilled in summer.
On the palate, delicious well-rounded, fresh, fruity flavours emerge. The fruit is perfectly preserved, with an overall impression of lightness. Very refreshing
Taut, mineral structure, lovely roundness. A fresh, nearly saline, wine. Very long finish.
